My Boy...

My boy Gus fulfilled his dream of playing football. Was it all it was cracked up to be for him???? Not so much. We told him he had to play for a year until he get's into tackle mode.

Party Like the 80's....

I love this season of the year. I love the weather, nature around me and I love HALLOWEEN and all it's marvelous parties. Chris and I went to a fun party this past weekend. It was 80's themed and we had such a great time.

N Family....

Our friends had me take their cute kids pictures. It's so fun to see the change in kids over just a year. They are an awesome family.

My aunt Jo got married this last Friday. We had so much fun being there. I also had the opportunity to go shoot her bridals with 2 of my cousins. Here is one of her shots. I just love her to pieces. SHE'S Awesome and we are so happy for her and her new family.

Yellowstone ...

We headed to Island Park last Wednesday to stay in a lovely cabin. We spent some time in Yellowstone one of my favorite places in the world.... (Not that I've ever been any where.)
Our kids loved it. It was a vacation long overdue. It was sooooooooooooooo cold though. It's amazing to me how the weather can change literally within a week there. We still had a blast.

We had a short vacation in Island Park this past week for 4 days.... BURRRRR COLD AND WET AND SNOWY! I will post those pictures (I have Lot's.) and blog about that tomorrow....
BOY oh BOY! It was fun!
We had some family pictures taken. I had my Bro. In Law Snap a few of Chris and I, and our family with my camera. I just started to edit them. I love this one of Hubs and I. Family pictures agrivate me to no end.... My kids don't like that I am always taking their pictures, but even more so when I make them get dressed and do family shots.

Porkacheese and Taste Bugs...

Boo-Boo came home from school really excited one day to tell me about how taste bugs live in our mouths and that when we eat food, they get to eat food and send a message up to our brain to tell us how our food tastes.

Sassy was in the car talking with us about one of her friends and how she knew some people that were Porkacheese...... I really started to laugh and asked her to say it again. She did and then we told her the correct way to pronounce it. She cracks me up when she is talking very intellectually and then says something like that.

**** Also, does anybody have an idea why on mozilla it takes forever to upload pictures to blogger and then half the time it says there was an error in loading??? I have about a billion posts that I am trying to upload with no luck on the picture side of things.
(Does anybody even read this blog besides my sisters any ways? Just a question.)

Being a Mother...In This House!

Okay so I took a look at my life today and this is what I swa....
(And I wrote that last word the right way okay.)
I was seriously contemplating this and then decided to laugh at myself for the humor in it and take some pictures.
Our alarm in our room didn't go off this morning.
Sassy's did though and I heard it thank goodness.
Today is also picture day at school. I couldn't find both the forms that I needed to fill out so I hand wrote one. I don't know if they'll take it, but compromise is my middle name. My boy wants to wear a dumpy t-shirt for school pictures that I insist won't do. So we fight for 15 minutes on what he is going to wear and I leave him with four options to decide from.
(I hate school pictures any ways. Somehow my kids always do the weirdest things in their school pictures and I wonder what the hell the photographer is thinking when they took the shot.
I only buy the class pictures now.)
Hubs asked me to iron a shirt for him. I take it downstairs turn the iron on and start to iron and notice a huge circle of grease down in the corner of one side..... OH CRAP! I missed it in the wash. I have to tell hubs that I have ruined yet another shirt......
I have a pile of clean laundry on the couch with 2 pillows that have just been laundered too. The pillows only took four times being dried because I didn't have a tennis ball or clean shoe in sight to dry them with.
I have a box of lego's on the floor that seem to magically appear when they have all ready been picked up the night before and day before at least 10 times. I step on a lego and proceed to say:
"DAMN YOU SCUBA STEVE" (Big Daddy Quote.)
I look over to see my half vacuumed floor with the vacuum left in the spot where I had to run and answer the door from last night.
I opened the fridge to see a bottle of CARMEL spilled all over the section of the fridge it was in. How did that happen? Why am I the only one who will decide that it's not okay to stay there and clean it up.
I wonder to myself if I will live to see another tomorrow?????


I AM ALSO WONDERING IF MY FAMILY, GOD AND MY FRIENDS HONESTLY THINK I CAN GO ON DOING THIS? THE ANSWER I'VE COME UP WITH IS YUP!!!! THEY'VE ALL DONE IT OR ARE DOING IT. IF THEY HAVEN'T WELL SHUCKS MY LIFE CAN BE THEIR LAUGH FOR TODAY.
