Grandma's Obituary

Elizabeth N. Sandberg
Elizabeth N. Sandberg 1924 ~ 2009 Elizabeth Nadine Moss Sandberg (Aunt Betty) passed away on July 14, 2009 at her home in Salt Lake City. She was born May 22, 1924 in Bountiful, Utah to Benjamin Leo and Alice Jane Moss. She was preceded in death by her husband, Justin and sisters, June and Alice. She is survived by her sisters, Mary and Myrne; eight children and their spouses; 20 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friend, Barbara Karren and many friends who she loved. Elizabeth had a caring way about her and a great sense of humor. She loved to garden and could make anything grow - she had the "magic touch". She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, ceramics, and at the age of 70 found her gift for oil painting. She will be greatly missed. Her family would like to thank everyone who has cared and helped her, especially in the last year. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 18th, 11:00 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Rd. Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing Friday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at the mortuary and one hour prior to services on Saturday.

I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I am sure that you had wonderful things to say about her at the funeral. I have been thinking about you and your sisters all weekend
