Believe in yourself. Believe in yourself as a child of God. Believe in your capacity to do good in the world, to spread light and truth and understaning; to reach out to those in distress and need to help and bless them.

I really needed this. I feel so inadequate most of the time.

Like a person sitting in the back- ground observing.

Today I'll be a bit more brave.

I won't be so scared.

I'll reach a little bit farther

and I'll have a little bit more faith in the fact that I can accomplish what I want to do.
